When it comes to power, the Harley FXDR™ 114 does not mess around. It runs off of the Milwaukee-Eight® 114 engine, which is the most powerful engine you’ll find in a Softail. The new Harley bike takes a page from the Screamin’ Eagle® book to deliver smooth handling. Its new air intake system is modeled after the Screamin’ Eagle NHRA drag bikes, which creates maximum airflow to the engine. It also re-interprets the Screamin’ Eagle Heavy Breather with its exposed and forward-facing filter element. This 2019 H-D motorcycle also offers a dynamic capability of the Softail chassis. These innovations result in an unbelievably smooth ride.
The Harley FXDR™ 114 also uses an inverted racing-style fork designed with cutting-edge single-cartridge technology. It keeps your front wheel securely planted on the ground, which gives you better braking and handling as you ride. It also uses mono-shock rear suspension featuring a single coil-over-shock with emulsion technology. Then there’s the optimized angle between the frame and swingarm, which gives you improved travel and response time. The end result? A suspension system unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.

The frame of this new Harley motorcycle takes the original Softail design and re-invents it. Made from a cocktail of alloy and composite components, the frame is incredibly lightweight. This reduction in frame weight, combined with a dynamic Softail chassis, results in a highly agile ride.
